Sales Director

Primary objective is the scaling of the sales department and overall revenue operations. Gives direction to technical sales professionals and account managers. Has a quota and a national territory consolidated from those managed. Develops sales forecasts, formulates sales plans, and creates national sales account strategies to meet financial objectives. Responsible for maximizing the potential sales volume of all segments of the market. Accountable to CEO for attainment of sales revenue targets.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating standard processes for all aspects of Lead Development and Sales.
  • Structuring and implementing a scalable model for adding additional sales resources.
  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting
  • Collaborating w/ senior leadership team on market research, targets & initiatives.
  • Attending Technical & Networking Industry Conferences
  • Clear communication of KPIs, targets, & goal setting for all sales resources.
  • Leading the creation of sales content & other collateral w/ Marketing Team
  • Defining Project & Customer Management Process for Sales Reps

Education Requirements & Qualifications:
